In current changing
times, the whole meaning of Manager has changed and I have noticed that 90% of
the managers I have met are struggling to cope up with this change. They either
surrender or step down to be managed.

levels have gone up significantly – Turn around , you will find at-least 10
Management or masters graduates around you

has become more aware of their rights and have become less negotiable

about health and work life balance have increased

Relationships
have become complex. Divorces have increased. New phenomena of same sex
relationships, Live-in relationships have come into existence

Ethical
issues have come into focus

Organization
blow their trumpets to be flat structured while actually they continue to be hierarchical
